Six Sigma Awareness

This one day course teaches the six sigma approach to process improvement and how to apply it on a daily basis. Topics covered include the Lean Quality toolbox, process capability, root cause analysis tools, and an introduction to control. All tools are supported and implemented with either Excel or Minitab. Offered Remotely in two four-hour sessions.

Green Belt Six Sigma

This five day course is structured around the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control methodology. The topics covered include: project selection and charters, voice of the customer, quality tools, statistics with Excel , process mapping, root cause analysis, process capability, design and analysis of experiments, control charts, lean controls. The instruction is driven by case studies and team projects. Offered remotely in 10 four-hour sessions.

Black Belt Six Sigma

This ten day course is also structured around the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control methodology. The topics covered include: project selection and charters, voice of the customer, lean quality tools, statistics, process mapping, process capability, measurement systems, root cause analysis, improvement tools, regression, design and analysis of experiments, Kaizen techniques, acceptance sampling, control charts, lean controls and FMEA. The instruction is driven by case studies and team projects. Offered remotely in 20 four-hour sessions.
